Workstation users

If you are a workstation operator, contact your organization administrator first for approvals, carrier permissions, payout accounts, and day-to-day support. Administrators can escalate platform issues to us when needed.

To report a suspected vulnerability or unauthorized access, select "Security report" in the form or email support@smswork.site with the subject line "Security report". Please do not post exploit details in public channels.
